Winemaker Notes:
Appearance : A wine of medium ruby garnet with a medium intensity on the nose. Nose : It has aromas and flavours of red fruit, including raspberry, redcurrant , red cherry, and strawberry then a touch of darker fruit that expresses and blackberry. Finally there are more savoury notes of pepper, liquorice, eucalyptus and chocolate. Palate : This wine is dry with high acidy and tannins, and a medium plus body. The finish is medium plus and managed to retain a refreshing juicy character and a classic note of liquorice.
